 Thank you for signing up for the Official Laconia Motorcycle Week E-Newsletter! This is our debut letter to you to announce all of the Official information for the 2010 Laconia Motorcycle Week Rally, June 12th – 20th, 2010.
Our first Big News is that we have a New Website! Working with out partner, Danconia Media, located here in New Hampshire; we were able to create a site that keeps the legendary feel of the Rally while providing you with all of the information you need to be prepared for your trip.
You’ll definitely want to the site out often because we will be constantly updating the schedule of events and the lodging section making sure to give you information you need, when you need it. On the site you’ll find the schedule of events, links to our Rally Patrons, lodging information, souvenirs, directions, tour information for the State of NH, Official Sponsor links, and more!
We know that our tried and true visitors have worked hard to keep coming back each year, even when times have been tough and when the weather hasn’t cooperated the way we would like – for this, we thank you!
We also know many of you are planning first time trips to the Rally this coming June and let me be the first to tell you, we have the welcome mat out for you! Progressive’s Laconia Motorcycle Week is the oldest national Rally beginning in 1916. Once you come once, you’ll see why we’ve been able to stick around. We know you want to ride, you want to relax, see the sites, visit the vendors, and of course see and hear all of the street action….We want to be sure you are ready for it! Our website, the E-Newsletter and the Laconia Rally News will help prepare you.
If you haven’t already found lodging for your stay, check out our extensive lodging list, links section, and rally patrons section to find what you’re looking for. As for things to do, keep your calendar open: we’ll keep you busy with poker runs, gypsy tours, Super Bike races, Flat Track races, Hill Climbs, Drag Races, and more! Don’t miss out on the events across the State of NH from downtown Laconia to Meredith, to the Mount Washington Auto Road in North Conway, and down to the races in Belmont, Loudon and Rochester. There are guided tours leaving everyday and of course the street action on Lakeside Avenue in Weirs Beach will also keep you entertained.
As 2010 souvenirs become available, they will also be added to the site to go along with the 2009 Souvenirs that are there now.
Our next E-Newsletters will give you more information about our Sponsors, Rally Patrons, Events and our beautiful State of NH so stay tuned!
If you haven’t already signed up for the 1st edition of the Laconia Rally News magazine, you can do that now on the website – we have one more mailing left and then the 2nd edition can be picked up in NH when you’re here for the Rally.
